Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Standard express in 7–12 business days, with complimentary upgrade for orders over $55. Every Sèvra parcel ships in matte blush, tied with silk.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship worldwide from our atelier. Customs and duties are calculated at checkout for your region.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Every Sèvra order arrives gift-ready by default — wax seal, silk ribbon, and an ivory thank-you card.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We accept exchanges and returns within 30 days of delivery on any unused tool in original packaging. Opened serums are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
Something arrived broken — what now?
Email atelier@sevra.com within 7 days with a photograph and we will replace the piece. Always.
The Products
How do I clean my gua sha?
Rinse with a mild facial cleanser and warm (not hot) water after each ritual. Pat dry with a soft towel and return to the silk pouch.
Are the stones genuine?
Yes. Our rose quartz is sourced from a single co-operative mine in Madagascar, our jade from one valley in Myanmar. Each piece carries faint, beautiful inclusions — proof that it is real.
Is the serum suitable for sensitive skin?
Our 15% L-ascorbic acid is suspended in squalane and niacinamide for a gentle delivery. Patch test first; introduce slowly.
